Norman McCowan brings more than 16 years of production management experience with manufacturing and assembly operations to the position of Operations Manager at Bell Aquaculture. He has extensive training in problem solving and continuous improvement processes. As a former pet store owner, vice president of Enchanted Koi and Water Gardens and Koi hobbyist for the past 15 years, McCowan has been involved in all aspects of raising, breeding and marketing fish. He continues to live his passion for fish through his responsibilities at Bell. McCowan attended Ivy Tech State College and was graduated from Jay County High School in 1988.
