How To Taste The Bell Perch Difference.
As of first quarter 2009, Bell Aquaculture will have a limited supply of yellow perch (about 5,000 lbs. per month) to be purchased by the restaurant industry. Beginning in August of 2009, that quantity jumps to about 30,000 lbs. per month.
Once we get our restaurant partners established, you can order Bell Perch at any of those restaurants - prepared in a variety of ways that bring out the one-of-a-kind quality of our fish. These partners are currently serving Bell Perch:
